Julie Paquette is a bilingual physiotherapist with over 25 years of extensive experience treating clients with a variety of issues including, back and neck pain, post-operative pain and weakness, repetitive use injuries, sports injuries, headaches, migraines and concussions. Julie was one of the first therapists to take Margaret’s 15 hour professional training course: Working with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
Julie recognizes and treats problems that result from a sedentary lifestyle or a prolonged period of immobility due to an illness. Julie is passionate about helping individuals discover the root cause of their problem and working with them to achieve their full potential to get well and enjoy life!
She has a positive attitude and is compassionate. Julie sees each person as a whole being who deserves to reach their goals and become the best version of themselves.
Her special interest in the mind-body connection lead her to further expand her training to help those suffering from stress and anxiety.
Julie believes that movement is medicine for the body and mind! Over the years she has always maintained an active lifestyle and participated in a variety of sports. Julie is also a Yoga Instructor.
