Season One of Aerobic Exercises for Osteoporosis focussed on basic foundational movements including side stepping, forward stepping, and multi-directional changes. In Season Two of Aerobic Exercises for Osteoporosis, we go beyond the basics and take on more complex and challenging movement patterns. Not only do we challenge our balance, we really build our aerobic capacity!
During all of the workouts there is an emphasis on opening up through the upper back and chest, and more integration of arm movement while we do the steps.
- These workouts increase bone density, improve your posture, better your balance, and deliver a great aerobic cardiovascular workout.
- The Season Two program is designed for people over the age of 50 and seniors who are ready for a challenging aerobic workout. Individuals with osteoporosis, osteopenia or low bone density can use this program.
- Do all exercise workouts in the comfort of your home.
- No equipment is required.
- We use multiple cameras to provide different angles and allow easy learning.
- The exercise workouts are a safe and fun environment for you to build stronger bones.

Season Two: Three Aerobic Exercise Workouts
One of the great features of both seasons is that we allow you the opportunity to find the place that works best for you. All of the episodes include moves that are important for the loading the bones and increasing bone density. I really look forward to seeing you at the workouts.
Episode 1: Beginner Level Workout
The beginner episode is at an 80 beat per minute pace.
Episode 2: Active Level Workout
The second workout repeats the same steps and movements that you learn in the first workout, however, the pace picks up to 94 steps per minute.
Episode 3: Athletic Level Workout
During the third workout, we perform the same moves at 94 steps per minute. However, the difference is that we graduate from stepping to plyometrics — which means we add bone building jumps and we add hops.
