Client Relationship for Coaching Services

A client relationship with you is only formed after we have expressly entered into a written agreement with you that you have signed, including our fee structure and consent form. Margaret Martin’s coaching and consultations are not Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy consultations. They are osteoporosis exercise coaching consultations.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your exercise, diet or nutrition program. The use of exercise and nutrition to treat and manage your osteoporosis, osteopenia or any other musculoskeletal injury or condition a very complicated science and is not the purpose of this program. The purpose of this program is to help people with low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis to stay safe and free from harm by educating them in proper exercise, nutritional and pharmaceutical guidelines.

No health claims are made for this program. The Products do not guarantee that they will help cure, heal, or correct any illness, bone disorder, or medical condition. The Creator is not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, or clinical nutritionist. Your exercise plan will not be effective by itself. You must combine exercise with an appropriate diet, and recommended pharmaceuticals from your medical doctor, for optimal results.

If you have been sedentary and are unaccustomed to vigorous exercise, you should obtain your physician’s clearance before beginning an exercise program.
