Video products purchased on our website (i.e., workout videos, online courses, etc) do not need to be mailed back to us. Simply contact us on our Contact page or via email at info@melioguide.com within 10 days of purchase and indicate that you want a refund.
Please provide your name and email address when you contact us. Indicate whether you want a full refund or want an exchange for a similarly priced item on our website.
Our print and Kindle books are sold on Amazon. You will need to request a return and refund at the Amazon site you used for the purchase of the item. We cannot process refunds of products purchased on Amazon.
If you want a refund or service of third party items referenced on our site, please contact the vendor you purchased the item from.
We do not provide refunds for coaching services that have been delivered to you.
