Dynamic Tape is a very effective way to allow full movement while reducing localized pain. The product can be hard to find. In the past I have paid a premium to get it through different resellers so I was pleased to find it on Amazon.

A number of my clients are unable to wear weighted vests, so I encourage them to consider a diving belt instead. Here is a diving belt that I think will work for most people:
