Clients and readers often ask me what health books I recommend they read.

When it comes to exercise, specifically osteoporosis exercise, core strength and yoga for osteoporosis, I recommend (no surprise) my books! However, there are very good books on nutrition and osteoporosis (by Nancy Robinson), trigger point therapy, sleep, osteoporosis, and hormones.
